Dear David,
I write this letter as a testimony of the services we were fortunate to receive from Lynda Dean.
When I encountered your Companys road sign in November 2016 little did I know that I was to embark on an epic journey. The sign promised to sell my property in 21 Days.
I have been trying to sell my farm in the Cradle of Humankind since May as my husband had already immigrated and the property was holding me back in South Africa. To make matters worse my farm is one of many under a land claim. So, I thought, let me give this a try as desperate times call for desperate measures.
I called Reliance Auctions and, in a very friendly manner, the offices told me they would get someone to call me. Lynda called me and we met. She took the farm to auction and it did not sell. What came after is the stuff one can only dream of in terms of customer service.
Lynda sold my property for a price I was happy with, on the last Sunday before I left South Africa on December 29th, 2016. She made sure guarantees were in place so I could leave at peace knowing the deal was sealed.
We have had months of Whatsapp messages and emails going back and forth. We have had many problems trying to get certification for things we didn't even know were necessary when selling a farm (boreholes, gas, etc), nothing was too much for Lynda to handle.
She has relentlessly and very professionally sorted out every challenge this deal has thrown her way.
I have just received full payment for the sale of my property and I cannot thank Lynda enough for making it happen, I am sure anyone else would have given up long ago! I feel Lynda was a guardian Angel sent to help me and my family at a very trying time of our lives and for that I am forever grateful.
There is only one problem I face now: Lynda has raised the bar so high that she ruined me for anyone else that tries to give me customer service.
She has been such an inspiration, that as I start a new life in New Zealand, I have decided to become a Real Estate Agent and I am in the process of becoming Accredited as such. I will strive to be like Lynda every day of my life!
